A typical session begins with some prayer, protection and intention setting for our time together followed by a brief check-in conversation that lasts about 10 minutes to answer any questions you might have and to get a little bit more specific on what you might want to work on that day. You can share with me anything that you would like me to keep in mind as I scan and work with your energy body. Some clients prefer not to share details about their lives or don't know what to focus on because there are several things happening ongoing in different areas. That's totally fine. In that case, you may simply ask me to tune in intuitively and go with what the wisdom of your body reveals that's ready to be worked with during the session.

After our check-in conversation, I will ask you to use the restroom if needed and then to make yourself comfortable sitting or lying down while the session takes place. This part typically lasts about 45-60 minutes. You can choose any location as long as it is somewhere you can be comfortable for about an hour without being interrupted. The exact duration of this portion depends on what's ready to be worked with and how quickly the shifts are being integrated by your energy body. Throughout this process, I will be tuning in with intuitive guidance to facilitate the unfolding for “your highest good, my highest good, and the highest good of all.” Many clients report feeling very relaxed, and sometimes they might fall asleep during this part if they need a nap. No worries if that happens to you, it won’t interrupt the session at all. If anything it might mean you are open to deeper shifts. I will let you know after this part of the session has finished and give you a minute or two to open your eyes and stretch if you need to do so.

The last phase is a feedback conversation which usually lasts about 10 minutes. I will ask you what the experience was like for you during the session, so you can share anything that you might have noticed. If there was nothing that you noticed, that's totally okay. The energetic shifts can take time to integrate and settle, so it might show up for you in a different way later. When you are done sharing, I will ask if you would like me to share anything specific that might have come up during the session that needed to be worked with.

Feedback I might share could include certain patterns that were observed that might be beneficial for you to continue working with in a certain way. I might discuss an aspect of your energetics such as an energetic meridian, organ or chakra that seemed strongly associated with what was being worked with. Talking about energetic stagnation and flow might seem pretty abstract, so I like to mention how things showed up for me with specific examples or possible interpretations in case that helps you to connect the dots in a different way so you can notice if patterns begin repeating.

I don't like to burden people with a lot of “homework” to do between sessions, but if there is something specific that really could help support you in your integration process over the days that follow, I do definitely like to mention it. Specifically, in qigong there are a variety of different movement exercises or meditations that might be beneficial. If you have never done qigong before, don’t worry, I try to keep it easy with short targeted exercises that can be done in a few minutes each day.

It is up to you if you can find the time to do any recommendations, or if you feel that there is something else that you would prefer to do that feels like a better fit. I support you in practicing tuning into your own intuitive guidance and finding what works best for you. The key is that whatever you choose to do is selected to support your integration process as you continue on your healing journey in life.

I do ask clients to consider if they notice anything over the days that follow a session because it can take a number of days for the shifts that have happened energetically to fully trickle down and manifest into the more physical realm of our lives. If you notice anything in particular that you want to share as you integrate these shifts, you are welcome to send me an email to update me on that process or you may simply tell me at the beginning of the next session if you decide to schedule again. I do not always remember what we discussed during a session, especially if it has been a long time since it took place. I provide an option you can select when booking to let me know if you would like an audio recording of your session provided to you after it is completed. I find that this is a great way for you to be able to stay present and focused during the entire call because you won’t need to split your attention to write down notes since you can review the conversation later. My goal is to send you the link to the audio within 24hrs of session completion.

Each client and session is unique so the only way to really find out is to experience it for yourself.
